Make enough time to have the assessment and treatment, enjoy, this time is for you. The last thing you want is to rush around. Come to the appointment with as little makeup as possible, I will remove the makeup on the area where we are injecting to avoid infection. Do not take Aspirin, Ibuprofen or Naproxen the day before. If you need it for a medical condition please contact me in advance. This is to avoid redness and bruising to the area. Do not get a treatment if you are unwell or are taking antibiotics. Not only is dangerous but even injecting while you have a viral illness can make the injection effects last less.

The following recommendations should be followed after your procedure to ensure that you can make the most out of your cosmetic injections: Please don’t bend over for a period of time or lie down for 4-6 hours after treatment, this is to allow the treatment to spread evenly. Please DO NOT take alcohol for 12 hours after treatment. Doing this will decrease the effect. No makeup for 12 hours after the treatment to avoid infection. No gym (exercise), sun beds or sauna for 48 hours after your treatment, this also won’t allow your treatment to spread evenly. No facial treatments for 2 weeks after treatment, including those done in a beauty salon.
